Lookin’ up flights to Vegas. 

I drove to Sac and back yesterday with Leroy and DK! Long, long trip and my back hurts from sitting + driving so long, but the trip was so worth it and so fun! 

We played the ABC game on our way to Vacaville and I did a pretty damn good job, despite being the driver. (: Headed to the Vacaville Outlets for some shoppingggg! And I of course spent too much money. Like I always do at the outlets. ): We shopped for a long time until we decided we couldn’t handle the temptations anymore. So on we went to Fenton’s for some ice creaaammm! Yum. Then headed to Sac afterward for dinner. We were hoping to meet up with the boys, but they were all busy. We wandered around for a while. Visited “hella asian plaza” + avoided the sketchier areas. Though the TapEx plaza in itself was already pretty sketch to us. ): 

Ended up on yelp and found a ramen place for dinnerrrr. (: Mmmmm, ramennnn. Headed home not too long after that, but there was all sorts of traffic going on in the middle of the night. So we didn’t get back til late. DK + Leroy both slept over at my house! MONOPOLY CITY. :)

OH. Bytheway, I totally won the alphabet gameeeee! Now I know where to find my Z! (:

That was yesterday. 

Shopping in SF was an experience. I wish I had more time to go to all the stores I wanted to go to ): But I picked up some great stuff, nonetheless. Stopped by aerie on a whim, and ended up buying underwear for their 5 for $25. PLUS, received a free aerie tote with purchase! Made me super excited! The people there were so sweet and nice :] 

Headed out to find Marc Jacobs. Bought myself a really cool ring with this Latin inscription. Didn’t care much for the sayings, but I’ve always wanted a ring in that style, so I was really happy about that. Plus, it was only $3! I also bought a pair of gold star earrings. Pricey, but worth it! I’ve been looking for some good star earrings for a while now, so really happy I found those. MIGHT go back and take a look at their rain boots. 

I wanted to stop by Japantown on the way back to Union Square. Really wanted another one of those pa nail polishes! Didn’t have time though ): So I headed back to the mall to go to Bath & Body. I don’t really like their body stuff. I have a few of their lotions, only because I’m in love with the scents. But I don’t find them to be really moisturizing or anything. I go for the fragrances, hand soaps, and hand sanitizers! I’m already pretty stocked on both soaps and hand sanitizers, but I wanted to pick up a few more wallflowers. Couldn’t find the scent that I like, but I did get a new fall fragrance called sweet cinnamon pumpkin. I’m not normally a fan of fragrances that are sweet or cinnamon-y, but I thought I’d give it a try. I also picked up a night light wallflower at the VF Bath & Body! Fo 50% off! Didn’t even know they made those…sooooo excited when I found them!

Stopped by H&M, but couldn’t find the cardigan that I wanted. So I picked up another ring instead. :] It’s a massive thing of a ring, but I’m in love with it! Might pick up the silver one too! 

Took the BART to Berkeleyyyyy. Tons of people at the station when I got there cause the game just ended. Met up with Andrew and Annie and we took a tour of the campus. Yummy Japanese food. Visited her cute apartment. Ici’s for ice cream! Waited in an incredibly long line (upset about not getting earl grey ice cream!) and walked back to her apartment while eating our ice cream. Super cold when we got back so she made tea for me and Andrew. (: Had fun reminiscing. FB pictureessss! HAHA. And then it was time to go backkkk.

I’ve been pretty bad about updating and reblogging (I like looking at stuff I’ve “liked” and reblogged…inspiration!) 

(LAST WEEKEND)

Took the day off of work on Friday to go to SF. Woke up super early, drove ALL the way to the BART (20-30 minutes away) and realized that I forgot my phone. So I then drove all the way back and got my phone. ]x FAIL. Andrew and Emily picked me up in front of Westfield, and then we all headed to the zoo! Gloomy day…cold too! But it was fun seeing all of the animals again (: Went to work with Emily and tagged along on her tour. It was actually super informative and fun! It made me really really nostalgic for my senior year though. There were a lot of things I would’ve done differently. (Like I mentioned in my last post.) So I felt pretty bummed during the whole tour, in a weird way. BUT THANKS ANDREW for cheering me up (sorta)!

Headed to Emily’s apartment, which was kinda exciting for me! Love seeing new houses/apartments. Went to get some crepes before dinner, then hung out at her place. She had a headache so me and Andrew went to Gussie’s by ourselves. Chicken + waffles! Exciting! Even though I was super tired by the time I got back to church/home, I felt pretty satisfied. Haven’t gone out much at all since work requires me to get up early every single day ): Had lots of fun in SF though! 

OH, and thanks for checking up on me Andrew! HAHA. Riding BART at night can be a bit scary.

Super fun July 4th weekend!

After work on Friday, drove to Davis to see the `fish! The drive wasn’t too bad, but there was traffic for a while on 680. Accident. Stopped at the Vacaville Premium Outlets to look arounddd. I think next time I’ll stop and shop! Really big outlet! Finally arrived in Davis and we chilled til bedtime. Watched TV. Drank boba. Couldn’t sleep AT ALL that night. It was ridiculous ]x I know I was up sometime around 2:00. And then kept sleeping on and off that night. I was so awake for some reason. -__- Drove to the Amtrak station on Saturday morning so we could go to SF!!! Got to SF pretty early and wandered around Westfield for a while. Walked out to Union Square and stopped for lunch. Headed over to Fisherman’s Wharf and wandered around until it was time for us to check in to our hotel. Stayed at Best Western’s Tuscan Inn. SO NICE! Loved the aesthetics of the hotel. Our room was pretty nice. Very comfy bed and clean bathroom! Hahaha. Rested a bit and ate our fresh fruit. Went out to walk around some more and find a place for dinner. Ended up getting chowder and crab cakes at one of the various food places along the wharf. DELICIOUS. Of course, Ghirardelli’s for an ice cream sundae! Very rich and sweet, but still good. Back to the hotel where the `fish passed out soon after! HAHA. We had a good long sleep that night to make up for the previous night’s lack of sleep. Decided to leave SF later on Sunday so we could visit Haight and Ashbury and go around Union Square/Westfield a bit more. Fun fun fun. Amtrak back to Davis. So freaking hot! At least in SF, there was wind! Went back and rested at the apartment. Then went to buy groceries for dinner! We made spaghetti and salad! Yummmmmm. Also added some wine cooler. Stayed up super late that night watching Criminal Minds. o_o LOL. Good show. Very intense. Woke up on Monday and watched Food Network! Went out for lunch cause it made us hungry. Pluto’s for good salad! Also went to meet up with Benga at his place. Watched Pirates for a while on TV and then had to leave ): SIGH. Hit major traffic on 80, which sucked. But the rest of the drive home went rather smoothly. 

Hoping to visit again soon! :D

I haven’t real posted in a long time…

ANYWAY. To sum up my last few weeks….

DAVIS with the `fish two Saturdays ago! LONG DRIVE. But fun (: Got the studio. Thanks to Andrew for showing us around!!! And Harry too! Lunch was super yummyyy. And made us full til we got home o_o 

CARMEL + MONTEREY last Saturday! Suuupppperrrrrr fun! WHY do I not go to Carmel more often? The beach is seriously freaking gorgeous! The whole town/city is beautiful! Spent most of the day there in the lovely weather. Sooooo many people + plus their dogs at the beach. Cuteness all around (: We wandered around for a bit and found lots of cute little shops and such. Tanned at the beach for a while. Hahahha. Left at night to go to Monterey for dinner! Walked around Fisherman’s Wharf and inspected all nearby restaurants x) We ate at this restaurant called Louie’s. YUM. (Fatties…..hahahha) Slept most of the way home :] 

Hung out with Cindy today! YEE! FINALLY. Went to visit Lee, but HE WASN’T THERE. SADDDDD. So we just went straight to lunch instead. Erik’s! Of course (: I got the Turkey Walnut Pesto this time. It was pretty good, but my bread started falling apart toward the end. I think I’m gonna try it with a different bread next time… Chilled at her house until it was time for her to go to work. I didn’t have to go to work today, so I tagged along. Saw Bea! And her daughters! Eunice…..hahahaha. The kids are pretty cute. And well-behaved most of the time. They’re not too hard to handle. Hopefully. HAHA. And Sarah is just a little bundle of cuteness. I can only understand about 10% of what she’s saying. But cute nonetheless. All her girls look alike! CUTE.
